A very good stay despite ongoing health problems. Staff always consider the best ways forward and we were able to have a few days respite which is greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all concerned this resource is vital to anyone tackling long term care.

A lovely stay, staff stay up to date with all changes which is reassuring as this isn't easy.
An opportunity to go out for the day this time which was greatly appreciated.

Our needs have changed becoming more challenging & staff have gone to a lot of trouble to stay up to date with all new equipment & procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. We appreciate the time and effort paid to this end. If only all NHS services worked so well.

Another good stay. Came home really happy & relaxed. Next best care to being at home, you can't get better than that. A great team with a wealth of knowledge and experience who are always looking for ways to improve client's stay. Thanks to all.

Great support to me my son and his carers.
Training the carers in my son care including tracheostomy, PEG feeding, medication and general well being.
You couldn't get a more caring manager, Rachael will always put the clients uppermost in everything she does.
Lovely atmosphere, always welcoming. I never worry when he is there as I know he is safe.
